Texas

There is nothing that can be done for actual convictions in Texas. However, there is relief for cases that led to deferred adjudication and arrests that did not lead to a conviction.

Expungement of Arrests that Did Not Lead To Conviction or Deferred Adjudication
The release, dissemination or use of expunged records by any agency is prohibited. Unless being questioned under oath, you may also deny the occurrence of the arrest and expunction order. If you were found guilty, pled guilty, or pled not contest to any offense other than a class "C" misdemeanor, it is not eligible for expungement, but it may be eligible for non-disclosure. Expungement for $950 with a money-back guarantee. Click for more info or take the FREE ELIGIBILITY TEST

Expungement of Class "C" Misdemeanor Deferred Adjudication Cases
If you received deferred adjudication of a class "C" misdemeanor in Texas and you completed community supervision, you may be eligible to have your conviction expunged.

Non-Disclosure (Sealing) of Cases that Resulted in Deferred Adjudication
If you have completed deferred adjudication (as opposed to being convicted) and the statutory waiting period for your offense has passed, you may be eligible for an Order of Non-Disclosure. This order prohibits the government from disclosing your criminal conviction to the public. You may then legally and truthfully deny your conviction. There is a 5 year waiting period for felonies. Seal Texas Juvenile Record

Your juvenile record may be available to law enforcement, educational institutions, licensing agencies, and even employers. Sealing prevents anyone from accessing your juvenile records except in criminal proceedings. You may be eligible for sealing if two years have passed since discharge and you have not committed a felony or a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude since then. There are many benefits of having your juvenile record sealed. Call for more info.
