Per New York Criminal Procedure Law Section 160.58, offenses defined in New York Penal Code Article 220 (controlled substance offenses) and Article 221 (offenses involving marijuana) are eligible to be sealed. In addition, "specified offenses" in New York Criminal Procedure Law Section 410.91(5) are eligible to be sealed.
