He served as the Assistant Chief of the Municipal Court, created and spearheaded the Repeat Offenders Unit, and was appointed the position of Inspector General of the City of Philadelphia. From 2008 to 2009, Williams served as counsel at the Center City law firm of Stradley, Ronon, Stevens &Young. In 2009 Williams assumed his position as District Attorney of Philadelphia County. Williams is also an adjunct professor at Neumann College in the Strategic Leadership Master’s Program and is an adjunct professor and Advisory Board member at Penn State Abington.
