The District Attorney for Orange County in 2014 is Tony Rackauckas. Tony earned his J.D. from Loyola law school, and earned his undergraduate degree from Cal State Long Beach. Tony has served as District Attorney for Orange County Since 1998. The former deputy DA has enjoyed considerable success on election days. He typically wins his reelection by margins of more than 20 percent. He ran unopposed in 2010. The DA's term of office is 4 years. He will face reelection in 2014.
