Upon signing up for your criminal record relief with RecordGone.com, we ask our clients to fill out a basic online questionnaire through your personalized and private online account.

The Questionnaire is developed to assist in providing your Case Manager and Supervising Attorney information about you and your case. With this information, your Case Manager is able to compile certain court documents and supporting evidence that will be submitted to the court, dependent on your case.

It is best to answer all of the questions to be best of your ability with the most information you may have to assist your Case Manager in compiling the documentation the court is requiring.

Additional Questionnaires may be requested from your Case Manager, dependent on the information the court is requesting.
