Westchester also offers juvenile record clearing, drug conviction sealing and certificates of relief from disabilities and certificates of good conduct. Expunging your record may help to restore your civil rights and will prevent the offense from appearing on most background checks for employment and housing. While you always have the option to embark upon the expungement process on your own, hiring an attorney to navigate you through your Westchester County expungement is highly advisable, and is an investment in yourself and your future.
We understand how intimidating the expungement process can be, which is why we are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, even if you are not yet a client. We offer a free online, telephonic, and even in person consultation to evaluate if you are eligible for an expungement - or any of our other services - before you invest a dime in our services or in your case. The expungement process is costly, from the filing fee for the petition to conducting case research with the court. We offer a flat rate, low fee that includes the cost of filing fees. We also offer the comfort of making monthly payments, which can be made using a credit card, which can be cancelled at anytime.
