Jeffery L. Ashton is the State Attorney of Florida's Ninth Judicial Circuit serving Orange and Osceola County. He was elected to the position in 2012 election and won with 54 percent of the vote. The case eventually ended with the acquittal of Casey Anthony for the murder of her 2-year old daughter, Caylee. Despite having lost the biggest trial of his career, Jeff went on to great success as the Ninth Circuit's State Attorney.
