Shantel Bray is a member of the Washington State Bar.
She graduated from the S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2004 where she excelled in and out of the classroom. Ms. Bray has worked both sides of criminal law. She served as a clerk for the Salt Lake City District Attorney and has succesfully handled dozens of criminal defense cases.
Ms. Bray joined the Law Offices of Mathew K. Higbee in 2006.
